As the Federal Government nears a potential shutdown, many members of the media wish to focus on which party will get the blame from the American people. The politicians seem to be all ready to cater to this wish by pointing fingers back and forth across the aisle. Once again, in typical bottom feeder fashion, the disease is overlooked in an attempt to cure the symptoms. Public opinion is important to the politicians, and public attention is the goal of the media, leaving the few of us who care about what is actually happening to dissect the story and work our way to the bottom. The right says the budget should have been passed last year. The left says the Republicans are trying to use the budget to score political points. Which side is right? Both. Here is how President Obama put it today.

I recently was introduced to this episode of Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory on a forum board, where a member wanted to inform the rest of us about the Governments plans to declare martial law, put us in concentration camps, and kill us all off. You can see the entire episode of the show at the above link. As my regular readers and listeners already know, I love to investigate this stuff and find the truth behind it. For better or worse, I always expose what I discover. Below is my video expose of this episode. Below that are the links to all of the information used to find the truth behind this idea of Concentration Camps in America. Real, or make believe? Watch this.

The Waring family no longer has to worry about a second trial for the man accused of murdering their daughter in 2009.
On April 1, 2011 Ethan Mack plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter. Mack entered a Alford plea. An Alford plea is when a defendant does not admit his guilt but acknowledges a jury would likely find him guilty had his case gone to trial. Mack was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
The prosecution in the case, Ninth Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson said she had mixed feelings about the plea. But agreed to it because of the unreliability of their main witness, Heather Kamp.
Kamp told a jury in October 2010 that she and Mack had murdered Waring. Kamp testified that on June 12, 2009, that she and Mack took Katherine Waring to their home and after tasing her repeatedly hit her in the head with a wine bottle. Kamp said that she and Mack then put Waring in a bathtub filled with water where she drown. Kamp said she and Mack then dumped Waring's body. Kamp led investigator's to the location where Waring's skeletal remains were found in October of 2009. No physical evidence could be linked to the scene where Kamp said the crime had occurred. She told investigators that after the murder, Mack took a nap and she cleaned the bathroom. Waring's body was still inside the home at the time.
Mack's trial ended in a mistrial for murder, but he was found guilty on obstruction of justice and forgery. Heather Kamp plead guilty but mentally ill. Her sentencing is expected later this month. Before leaving the courtroom Mack told the Waring family that he was sorry for the loss of their loved one (Kate Waring) and that she would be missed.

I haven't heard or seen anyone touching on this yet, and I found this to be very interesting. Perhaps I should start a new segment for the show called "Dueling Headlines" or something. But imagine you were reading the newspaper, and the editor accidentally ran one of these as the top headline on the paper, and then directly underneath it they ran the other as the top story. I'm not implying anything here, or making any accusations. Any conclusions drawn by the reader are entirely their own. In other words, I'm not saying, I'm just saying. Ready? Here is your first installment of Dueling Headlines.

Let me start off by making something perfectly clear here. In order to prove one's citizenship, the Federal Government requires "A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar's signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes." Hence, in my opinion, anyone who has not seen a copy of President Obama's birth certificate, and was not present to witness his birth, yet professes to know where he was born, either here or abroad, would be a "Birther". However, for this article, I will stick to the strict definition of those who believe he was not born in Hawaii.

For those who have followed my blog or my show, it is no secret that I have adopted a Rush Limbaugh phrase and slightly modified it to fit my purposes. He may be on the cutting edge, but I am the crystal ball of societal evolution. Yet often with this administration, it is not just my predictions that come true. More often than that, it is my bizarre jokes that are intended to highlight the ridiculous actions of this amateur crew, and take them to a ridiculous level that even these guys would know better than. Right? Thus, when I mocked this administration being chosen for a transparency award with this bogus news article, I was simply making a joke of how secretive they really are. It was not intended to be a prediction when I said the following on March 17th.

Heather Angelica Kamp, 31, plead guilty, but mentally ill in the slaying of Katherine Waring. Kamp's attorney, told the judge the plea was appropriate because a forensic psychiatric evaluation found Kamp's borderline personality disorder rendered her incapable of conforming to the law at the time of Waring's killing. The state doesn't necessarily agree with the mental evaluation referenced, but prosecutors saw no need to contest the mentally ill plea. Stating that the potential sentence remains the same under South Carolina law regardless of the distinction.

In a positively bizarre turn of events, the National Organization for Women has issued a statement in regards to Bill Maher's comments directed towards Sarah Palin. The controversy started when Bill Maher said the following on his show. “Did you hear this – Sarah Palin finally heard what happened in Japan and she’s demanding that we invade ‘Tsunami,’. I mean she said, ‘These ‘Tsunamians’ will not get away with this.’ Oh speaking of dumb twats,..." Apparently, some on the right demanded that N.O.W. come to the defense of Sarah Palin, but they waited a few days before issuing this response.
