The Axis Of Stevil Show

As you may well be aware, there is a group of people out there who have an irrational belief about the birthplace of the President Of The United States, Barack Obama. They insist that they know where the President was born despite the fact that neither they, nor anyone they know were present for the event. They deny the claims of family members who were there, and concoct elaborate schemes to try to back up their story. When evidence is released to the contrary, they simply ignore it. This group of people have affectionately come to be known as wearers of the old "tin foil hat". They believe that President Obama was born in Hawaii. Did I just go there? Oh yes I did.

For a fact, it is the crowd that believes that Obama was born in the United States that has handed the tin foil hat label to the other side, but with Attorney Orly Taitz releasing the alleged Kenyan Birth Certificate of President Obama, which side should now bear that label? Typically, it is a lack of any particular evidence and claims of a cover-up that lead to the distribution of that title. So who should wear the brand? Let's take a look.

Documentation

President Obama has released the above copy of a Hawaiian Certification Of Live Birth as proof of his Natural Born status. However, they refuse to present a long form Certificate of Live Birth each and every time it has been requested. What has been asked for is a long form copy which would site the hospital, the doctor who delivered him, an official signature, and other important pieces of documentation.

Attorney Orly Taitz has now submitted to a United States district court the above pictured document for authentication. It appears to be a legitimate long form Birth Certificate for President Obama. It lists the hospital (Coast General) and is signed by the Deputy Registrar (Joshua Oduya). Yet notice, once finding this piece of evidence Taitz didn't run off to Hawaii to lock it in a vault? She didn't claim to have it, yet refuse to produce it for a court. She didn't ask Fact Check to verify, she asked the convening legal authority to do so.

Public Statements

While President Obama has produced some family members who claim that he was born in Hawaii, there is also a laundry list of family members and a Kenyan Ambassador who swear to his Kenyan birth. If one wishes to believe that the claims of one group are valid, then one must listen to the claims of the other. Furthermore, there are no claims by family members (that I am aware of) of their presence at Obama's birth except for those of his paternal Grandmother who claimed to witness the event in Kenya.

Court Cases

In every instance so far, the Obama legal team has fought to avoid having to produce a legitimate Birth Certificate. While it should be noted that they created legal arguments that compelled a judge to side with them in some cases, it is their diversionary tactics that keep this case going. If, rather than finding problems with the standing of the plaintiffs in these cases they would simply produce the requested legal documentation, this would all go away. Yet they will not. It is a common tactic for one who has no case to attack the other side, rather than to debate the evidence.

Court Findings

A court case recently resulted in deployment orders for an Army Officer being revoked after he challenged them based on his claims of President Obama's foreign birth. In this case, there was no claim to be made as to the standing of the Officer. There was no personal attack to be made against him that would hold water in the court. To win the case, all that was needed was for President Obama to release his Birth Certificate. He did not.

Summary

None of us can claim to know one way or the other as to the birth place of President Obama. When this case first started gaining traction last September, I believed that President Obama was born in the State of Hawaii. Today, I no longer believe that. I don't claim to know for sure otherwise, but looking at the evidence it is hard to be convinced that he was. Ask yourself the following question.

Who is telling the truth?

1. The side that releases it's documents to a court, or the side which releases them to selected websites?
2. The side that deals with facts and evidence, or the side that deals with legal technicalities?
3. The side that depends on the conflicting word of family members who do not claim to be first hand observers, or the side that brings family members who claim to be first hand witnesses?
4. The side that now has a confirmed court victory, or the side that refuses to back it's claims in a legal setting?

No matter what conclusion you may come to, there is one inescapable fact here. Both sides of this issue are getting tired of it and want to see it come to a conclusion. I, for one, don't care what the truth is, I just want it exposed. There is one person who could clear this whole thing up once and for all. It is now high time that President Obama produce his long form Certificate Of Live Birth to the court for authentication. Title: Mr I want to see it all. Birth certificate from Hawaii. Baptismal certificate from Rev Wright. Indonesian & Hawaiian school records. Columbia & Harvard transcripts, papers, financial aid records etc.. Passport & travel documents to anywhere outside of the USA. Selective service registration. Barry ran for and was elected POTUS without producing documents which I have had to produce for anything of importance in my life IE marriages, divorce proceedings, backround investigations,security clearances etc.. Title: Just produce it Seriously, I would let it go if he would just produce it. Why would he spend so much to keep it out of the public eye? It doesn't make sense to me. I'm a logical person - and logic is telling me he's hiding something. If my employer asked me for a copy of my birth certificate - I could produce my original in a heart beat and wouldn't question the query either. Title: ... The linked article addresses the flaws in the document he has produced. I don't focus on that because, flawed or not, it couldn't even get him a job where I work. At this point, I believe both sides would be well served if the most transparent administration in the history of administrations would produce the most basic and simple document requested. Title: Saw that myself yesterday I saw that Kenyan BC in an e-mail myself yesterday. You beat me to it again! Anyway - if you look at the one that Obama has said is his BC - you can see at the bottom left corner it says "laser" - Which as we know there was no such thing as laser printers in 1961. I've been saying all along I want to see the original or certified copy that was microfiched and typewritten. I don't buy that business about there being a flood or fire or whatever they said it was. If that were the case - they wouldn't have been able to "recreate" that laser version of the BC. Notice how the one from Kenya is typewritten and an obvious carbon copy - which is what they did in 1961. I sure hope Orly gets this through. I've had people calling me nutz and out of my mind since last October. Glad to see others are jumping on board with this.
