This Explains A Lot
As our President acts more erratically than ever, more and more people are batting around the great question of Barack Husein Obama. Is he nuts, or is he running the Country into the ground on purpose? During the third debate with John McCain, Obama said it was irresponsible to tax people's healthcare benefits. Now he wants to do it. He said that it was against our morals to detain people indefinitely, now he wants to do it. Remember when the Republicans "hated old people" and "wanted them to die" because they wanted to slow the rate of growth for Medicare? Perhaps the answer to the great Obama question could be found in another question. Why does Michelle Obama hate children, and want them to be stupid?
Tests on the highly acclaimed White House Garden have found elevated levels of lead. 93 ppm, to be exact. These vegetables have been served to visiting dignitaries, local charitable organizations, and even the First Family. Despite the fact that exposure to lead results in a long-term potentiation (LTP) decrease, cognitive deficits, and behavioral problems, the First Lady plans to continue serving the vegetables. So using liberal logic, the question becomes, "Why does Michelle Obama hate children and want them to be stupid?" Has she watched "How Obama Got Elected" and realized that heightened levels of stupidity lead to supporting her husband? Is it now her goal to turn all of the little Peggys and Josephs of the United States into little Peggy Josephs? Will she not stop until she has so dumbed down the electorate until every kid out there is a mind numbed Obamabot zombie moron?
For those of you who have been eating from the White House garden, let me explain that I am being a bit sarcastic. Obviously, I don't believe that Michelle Obama hates children. I would, however, like to point out that this garden was supposed to be a celebration of healthy eating, not a pencil factory for the President. When Obama's mid afternoon snack doubles as a writing utensil to sign his latest attack on wealth and personal liberty into law, we might have a kind of a sort of a little bit of a problem. Seriously, can this Administration get anything right? I say that not to suggest that this was done intentionally, but rather to note that even the most innocent of gestures run horribly afoul with this guy. The door becomes a window, German becomes Austrian, the fifth of May becomes 5 of 4, then a jaunt around the 57 States and BAM!!! Home for a quick bite of lead. Nominees grow tax problems, and those who don't have difficulty walking. The teleprompter gives the wrong speech to the wrong guy. The VP encourages us to stay off the subway to Mexico. New York City buildings are evacuated for Air Force 1 joy rides. Is this all a coincidence? Or is it the lead?!?!
Things really aren't adding up here, folks. Think about this. We are told that Obama inherited the worst economy since the Great Depression. Yet the average work week falls to a 45 year low of 33 hours, unemployment rises to a 26 year high of 9.5%, and we are now seeing a 50 year record drop in tax revenue. If the economy that President Obama inherited was truly the worst since the Great Depression, shouldn't these be 6 month lows? He didn't inherit the worst economy since the Great Depression, he created it! Furthermore, for all of the touted "failed policies of the last eight years", shouldn't it be noted that any record low of greater than 9 years has a significant meaning? President Obama has done more damage to our stock market, our unemployment rate, and our average work week than the combined effects of the Al Qaeda attack on 9/11 during the leadership of the architect of the "failed policies of the last eight years".
Last month, Vice President Biden cited the drop in lost jobs to 345,000 as proof that the stimulus package had saved 150,000 jobs. If that were the case, then would not this months jump to 467,000 lost jobs wipe out 122,000 of those jobs? That would leave us at $787 billion to "save or create" 28,000 jobs. Congrats, Mr. President. Must be the veggies.
I'm sorry if I'm not one of these people who is willing to cut some slack. Oh, I'm sorry. You guys underestimated the seriousness of the crises? Sorry, but here in the real world, that translates to you having no idea what the hell you are talking about. And since your defense (according to Biden) is ignorance, than would you kindly quit trying to convince me that you guys have a clue? Take a word of advice from me. Blame it on Michelle and her pencil garden. Take a two month vacation while you purge the paint chips from your system, and you might be surprised at how well we are doing without you when you get back.
